A bit about us
Adele
For Adele, baking has always been a passion. She started her own cakes to order business at just 14, later studied catering, hospitality and baking at collage and has worked in the hospitality industry ever since.
Today, she looks after the day to day running of the bakery and loves welcoming customers through the door.
Hannah
Hannah keeps much of the business running behind the scenes, while also helping in the kitchen and serving customers.
With a background in IT transformation, project management and business leadership, she brings years of experience to the bakery and is proud to support the local charity We Are Haven as Trustee and Treasurer.

Our journey began in July 2025 when we took over the former Gail's Bakery and opened the doors as Adele's Butties, Breads & Bakes.
As a family run bakery, we're proud to serve our local community with freshly baked bread, homemade cakes, breakfasts, lunches and catering.
